SENSORY AUDIT, FUTTER FIELD
In collaboration with Sean Coleman Lee
Size: 11x17 in.
Materials: acetate, acrylic
A comprehensive site analysis of how our seven senses - vision, hearing, taste, smell, touch, balance, and body sense - interact and affect experiences of Futter Field, Barnard College, Columbia University, New York City.
Inspried by Pantone color guides, this Sensory Audit has approximately 40 individual pieces of acetate sheets, each printed with an sensorial observation of individuals occupying the site.
The individual acetate sheets can be overlapped to draw relations between different senses. E.g. the vision of a occupant on Futter Field can be overlayed with their sense of balance.
